The venue has no stair lifts or ramps due to internal stairwell width and slope gradient. We ask that disabled patrons contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of any assistance that may be required. We will help
accommodate all patrons with special access needs, wherever possible.
If you have contacted the venue to make specific arrangements, please make yourself known to the venue security or staff on arrival, and they will escort you to your reserved space and accommodate your requirements.
We recommend arriving at the venue 10 – 15 minutes prior to the doors opening. Event door times will be stated on tickets or confirmation emails. Please try to arrive at the venue no later than 60 minutes after the doors open.
Disabled toilets are located on level 1 and level 2. These toilets are not unisex.
There is no wheelchair viewing platform, however we can arrange for space or seats to be reserved for wheelchair users – please contact the venue for more information. There are also bench seats for customers who have trouble standing for lengthy periods of time or require walking assistance. They are located on the right hand side of both level 1 and level 2 halls.
